Incredibly kind and welcoming. I didn’t realize there were two locations but Henry made it easy and came to meet me (at the wrong location). He took the time to explain the treatment thoroughly as I was trying NST for the first time. He listened to my history and asked questions to catch the things I would have forgotten to mention. I am already feeling better after 1 treatment and look forward to seeing how this unfolds. He was also very pragmatic about ongoing work if needed.
