This policy explains which personal data we collect on izzyspa.ch, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional) and your message, so we can reply. Kept for 12 months.
- Bookings: made on Fresha, which processes your data (identity, contact details, appointment history, payment) under its own privacy policy. We only access what is needed for your appointment.
- Health information: any contraindications you mention before a treatment remain confidential, are not stored on this site and are used only to adapt the treatment.
- Statistics: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) measures site traffic in aggregate, with anonymised IP addresses.
Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies (language choice, consent) and, only if you accept them in the banner, audience-measurement cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer. No data is sold to third parties.
Third-party services
Fresha (booking, gift cards, reviews), Google (Maps, Analytics, Street View), Instagram and Facebook (links to our pages), WhatsApp (messaging at your initiative). These services may process data outside Switzerland, subject to the safeguards required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@izzyspa.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Security and hosting
The site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak and encrypted with HTTPS. Administration access is protected and limited to authorised people.
