Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every treatment booking, gift card or pack purchase from Izzy Spa and Izzy Studio in Verbier (Izzy Studio Sàrl).

Booking

Bookings are made online via Fresha, by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when you receive the Fresha confirmation. For some treatments or time slots a card guarantee may be requested.

Cancellation and late arrival

  • Free cancellation or change up to 24 hours before the appointment, directly from your Fresha confirmation.
  • After that, or in case of no-show, the treatment may be charged up to 100% of its price.
  • If you arrive late, the treatment time is shortened accordingly so that the next appointment is respected; the price remains unchanged.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable, and may change at any time; the applicable price is the one shown on Fresha at the time of booking. Payment on site (card, TWINT, cash) or in the Fresha app.

Gift cards and packs

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, at both our addresses, and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
  • Packs of 5 or 10 treatments are valid for 12 months and can be shared within the same family. EMS memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time for the following month.

Health and contraindications

Our treatments are well-being services and not medical procedures. Please tell us before the treatment about any pregnancy, injury, recent surgery, heart condition, allergy or ongoing treatment. We may decline or adapt a treatment if your condition requires it. Minors are welcome accompanied by a parent (children’s treatments).

Sauna and hammam

Access is by booking, in swimwear, with the towels provided. Not recommended in case of fever, heart problems or pregnancy without medical advice. We recommend drinking plenty of water and limiting each session to 10–15 minutes.

Liability and personal belongings

Lockers are available at the Spa; we accept no liability for lost or stolen valuables. Any deliberate damage to the premises or equipment will be charged.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: the competent courts of the canton of Valais, subject to mandatory provisions.
