Après-ski: sauna, sports massage and silence

Why the day after skiing

Cold contracts, effort pulls, altitude tires. Twenty-four hours after a big day on the slopes, the stiffness sets in and the muscles are short of blood. That is exactly when heat and a deep massage do the most good.

Our après-ski pack starts with an hour of sauna and hammam to warm and soften the tissues, then moves on to a 60-minute sports massage focused on thighs, calves, back and shoulders. You leave with legs that respond and a clearer head for the next day.

2. Heat Sauna, hammam and a cool shower in turn, at your own pace, for an hour.
3. Massage Your therapist adapts pressure and areas to your day.
4. Rest A herbal tea, a few quiet minutes, then the way home.
