The duo massage is one time slot for two people, two therapists and two neighbouring cabins in the basement of Le Méridien. You walk in together and walk out together, and in between each of you receives your own massage, at your own pressure and pace. One can choose gentle relaxation, the other deeper work: duo does not mean identical.
It is the format for couples staying in Verbier, for friends treating themselves to a break, for mothers and daughters, fathers and sons after a week on the slopes. It is offered only at Izzy Spa, our one address with two side-by-side cabins, a sauna and a hammam. The price shown is for two people.
Who is it for?
For those who would rather share the moment than wait for it in a lounge. For couples celebrating something, or nothing at all. For groups of friends booking several duos back to back. Each person picks their massage from our oil-based treatments: classic relaxing, Izzy signature or sports. In 90 minutes, time stretches and the therapists can work more deeply.
How the treatment goes
- Welcome and consultation You are welcomed together. Each therapist spends a few minutes with the person they will be massaging: expectations, pressure, areas to focus on. The two treatments are built independently.
- Sauna and hammam, if you wish If you have booked access, you start with the heat, together. The warmth relaxes the muscles before the massage, and you are shown to the cabins when you are ready.
- Massage, side by side You settle into your respective cabins. Both massages start and finish at the same time, each at its own rhythm and pressure, for 60 or 90 minutes.
- Back to calm Both treatments end together. You meet again outside the cabins for a herbal tea or a glass of water before heading back up towards the Place Centrale.

Good to know
Mention "duo" when booking so that we block two therapists and two cabins on the same slot. The price is for two people. Add duo access to the sauna and hammam before the massage to make a real afternoon of it. It also makes a memorable gift card. The same precautions as for an individual massage apply to each of you: tell us about any fever, recent injury or pregnancy. The prenatal massage is not offered at the Spa.
